Flowerwood - Mobile, AL
Flowerwood's Mobile nursery opened in 1946 and was our first location. If you are able to visit, you can still see some of the original structures. The nursery is positioned on Dog River near Mobile Bay which at times offers milder temperatures. The facility sits on 300 acres, 100 of which are in production. In season, there are around 90 employees; 29 of which have worked at the nursery for over 30 years. This location services independent garden centers and re-wholesale customers.
