Thank you for your interest in ordering from Flowerwood Nursery. Please contact your sales representative if you have questions or need assistance. 

We ask that you follow these guidelines:

• Plant orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. We will send a confirmation after it is processed, during our business hours.
• We will arrange shipment and contact you to inform you of your drop sequence on the delivery load. Please make sure that the location can easily accommodate a semitruck. If you do not have equipment to unload, we need to know this at the time the order is placed.
• If you plan to arrange your own truck, work with the inside sales representative for your state to schedule an available day and time.
• Please make note the pickup days and hours will fluctuate due to seasons and weather. Be sure to bring tarps or similar for plant protection. Upon arrival, head to the shipping office.
• Pick up orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. We will contact you with an available time slot and day for your pickup.
