New to our collections, Heart Throb produces true jewel red blooms on both new and old wood. Flowers slowly darken over time, aging to a rich antiqued red, perfect for fall. Naturally compact plants have strong stems that hold upright during shipping, and do not require growth regulators.
Water before planting.
Dig hold 2X the width of pot.
Plant 1-2” above ground soil level, backfill hole with soil.
Water and add more soil if needed.
Mulch 1-2” deep around plant, avoiding area closest to stem.
